You can bring questions, confusion, ideas that aren’t fully formed, or a general sense of “something has to change.” We’ll cut through the noise, identify the real issues, and talk through practical next steps. That may include a recommendation for specific sessions, support, or a clear plan forward. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation to help you decide what makes sense.
